I already made this question but the post was removed.

In the Prologue. In the Dungeon, is the option to rescue Louise by sneaking on the lower dungeon still available or they removed it completely?

See this video for reference:

Sorry about the copyright but I couldn't find the original. See Zoltan's version of the story to see what I'm talking about.

Oh yeah, I never managed to do that (for either Louise or Aryan). When I first see them they have already been escorted out of the torture chamber.
it all depends on which way you go.

In order to meet Louise at all you have to have killed Aryan.

In order to meet Louise/Aryan in the torture chamber rather than free you must turn right at the end of the stairs up, get the key from the guard, then drop down the trapdoor into the lower level. If you go left then you meet them there and they won't be in the torture chamber.

I understand that the objective of the Nilfgardian Ambassador is to discredit the King's children by making Loise/Ayran sing a false confession depending on who's available.

The only Key I have found is the one for the upper dungeon which you take from the guard after you meet the prisoner that alerts the guards.. Never have found the key for the lower dungeon. I tried calming the prisioner(knocking the guard) and I see the door for the lower dungeon. But I've never found the key for it.
Metagame info ahead.

Be warned that meeting Louise (and so, killing Aryan in the previous part) will negate you the very useful ability "Strong Back", adding +50 to your carry capacity.

Ha and here I thought that was a bug!!! So that's why when I imported the game I had more weight lifting capacity at the beginning of chapter 1. Thanks!!1

They changed the way you get the key, but the dungeon is still there. I thought that right turn was the one for the upper level and never actually took it. Thanks!!!

I found another flight of stairs and found the keys on one of the 2 guards I knocked down.
