I have a laptop with slightly lower specs than that, running Intel HD Graphics 3000. I doubt you will be able to play it at decent settings. Maybe low-spec at a low resolution, but I wouldn't expect it to be playable at a good FPS. I'm not sure how the new integrated graphics would hold up, however.

Wouldn't expect it. Seeing that a 8800GT with 512MB is the minimum requirement, I wouldn't expect a HD4000 with lesser ram, (which is half as fast at best) to be good enough.
It will probably run, but unfortunately not at a playable framerate.
