No, you can't. There's external solutions, but as far as I know they do have certain problems. I don't think they're recommendable, but maybe there's someone better to judge that, since external mobile graphics isn't something I stay particularly informed about.

By the way: In my opinion, the CPU is more likely to be the bottle-neck due to the low clock when using four cores. There's a workaround though, that forces dual-core-turbo-mode (2 cores @ high clock, instead of four cores @ low clock) instead, which should give you a solid framerate.

Edit: This post gives instructions on how to force the turbo-mode: http://www.gog.com/en/forum/the_witcher_2/question_game_resolutions/post15

Will this thing work for a laptop with intel gma hd, core i5 @ 2.6 ghz and 4 gb ram ?
i can use the fps increase.
The Intel GMA line is *way* under-spec'd.

I don't think so. The 2,6 GHz basic clock are above the minimum specs, so you should be able to play seemlessly. Besides, if I'm not mistaken the i5 is 'just' a dual-core (+ Hyperthreading, so 4 threads, but that doesn't really matter for gaming) anyways, so deactivating one of those would be counter-productive.

In your case, I'm sure, the Intel graphics chip is the bottle-neck.

Yea, the intel gma is the bottleneck
