I just hit her 2-3 times then roll out of the way. Rinse repeat. Takes a while, don't mess up too often and she's dead. Use Quen and also some Swallow potion I think.
Yeah just wait for the queen to charge and hit her in the back before she turns around. I killed a queen with just a few hits on normal doing that yesterday.

well.. yes.. there's no special way to do it.. just go towards it.. hit her 2 times and dodge.. repeat that.. dont get too greedy.. hit only twice.. and sometimes the queen will just throw venow out of its mouth.. wen it does that..wait for some time before u go to hit her.. u can use swallow..but then not tht effective.. however somewhere around the area u will find a magic enhance location.. go there and activate ur medillian.. that would help generate ur health and sign intensity.. it worked for me.. :)
I had the same problem you did, but dont worry once you get the right strategy down you wont even get hit.

Basically clear out all the adds, then kill cocoons to summon the queen. Then just set down a yardin trap and wait. Be sure your behind the trap so the queen has to walk through it. She will be trapped for usually 4 seconds sometimes it will ware off in 2 seconds so be careful that she is still trapped when you go behind to hit her. Just do this the entire fight.

When I was looking for solutions someone said to collect all the traps in the forest as your killing things and set them down before you kill the 3rd cocoon. I literally set down like 12 of them and she gets to less than half life after she goes through them all. Makes the fight much easier and quicker.

Hope this helps
*o and roll a lot

Golden Oriole is the most useful potion here. The queen spits pretty strong poison and can inflict bleeding, so Golden Oriole makes Geralt much less vulnerable.

She's also susceptible enough to Aard and Igni that you can knock her back and get in a few solid hits before you have to dodge again.
Grapeshot bombs and yrden and she goes down easy. But I have also collected half dozen steel traps, set them in a line with a dragons dream at the end and 3 combustion traps within the dragons dream mist. I think after she trudged through all that it took 2 sword swings to finish her off while she was trapped in my yrden. Bombs and traps are lots of fun when you have the 2/2 talent at the beginning of the alch tree.

Use wither Yrden or Quen (depending on how good you are at dodging and flanking), but not both as you'll run out of Vigor very quickly. Like a lot of people have said, the trick is to get behind her and do 2-3 heavy swings, rolling away as soon as she starts to turn around. In addition to the oils mentioned, I would also recommend downing a Rook beforehand, especially if you use Incestoid Oil since the 5% damage increase from Rook will stack with the boost from the oil.
