I really really hope the developers make extensive use of DX11 properties

Is this also the case?

From what I've seen and heard, no, and I've read and watched almost everything about the game. I could bevery wrong though.

BUT, since the 8800 is listed as the MINIMUM GFX card needed to run the game, we might get lots of dx10 features in the game. Obviously you will need a better card to run the effects, but I think CDP will at least include DX10.

I'm fairly confident they'll at least utilize DX10, but it would be cool if they could utilize DX11 as well. I don't have a DX11 card yet, but I'm going to upgrade my computer right before the new game comes out. ;)

Confirmed here there will be DX11 enhancements. DX9 is the baseline though, sadly.
