In Act 1 there's a guy you can play dice against and once you beat him properly you're supposed to access an item through extras. Doesn't look like this was fixed in the patch. Anybody know if Red has mentioned a workaround for this to get the item?

Ohhhhh....alrighty then. Thanks.
I could not believe this when I read about it...never experienced it in the game because it was broken...which is the way it should stay IMO

The DLC thing on the bullet board was bad enough but this shite!

Anyone know the word for opposite of immersion?

Just because some other games have done this doesn't mean its a good thing to do.

Easily forgivable because the rest is so good but come on

Bad choice in my opinion
Geralt: "How much for the whore?"

Madame: "20 orens. But if you pre-order TW3 now she'll bring a friend."

You dont see the offer in game. You have to exit the game to see it (at least, if it was working the way its supposed to). You are only given a prompt to check your extras menu at that time, so the strange encounter makes sense if you "solve" it.

I thought it was quirky and random, but cool.

I don't like it when they mix such stuff into the games, but it's nowhere near as bad as the stuff I've seen in many other recent RPGs, like Dragon Age 2. It's just a notice on a wall after all.
