Did you install the game with Galaxy or the offline installer?

EDIT:If you downloaded the offline installer then just copy the installer to other pc and install.

If you installed with Galaxy then copy the installation files. You can check the installation location from Settings > Downloads> Game Installation folder.
Copy the Withcer 2 installation files to your new PC. Install Galaxy. Log in to your account. Got to your library and then to the Witcher 2 gamecard. Then click on More > Manage installation > Import Folder. Browse the location of your copied files and Galaxy will install the game from their and install anything it needs from the internet.

Remember you have to copy your saves seperately if you are not using the Cloud save feature.

Also of interest is GOG's view on multiple installations:
Yes. We do not limit the number of installations or reinstallations, as long as you install your purchased games on computers in your household. So yeah, if you've got a render-farm in the basement, you might actually break the world record for the number of legal Witcher installations in one household. However, if you think about installing your game on a friend's machine or sharing it with others then please don't do it, okay?
Hope it helps.

P.S. Welcome to the Forum. :)
also marking Questions as Questions/problems while creating thread is a good idea.

The file / registry locations can be found here for many games:

https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/

It's sad to see developers are still using the registry to store settings and other data, but they do. The two games I just looked up (Atom RPG and Pathfinder: Kingmaker) do, and you have to export / import those settings too.
If I'm not mistaken GOG has implemented cloud saves for this game. As long as you are using the galaxy you should be able to load the game onto any PC you wish and with cloud save be able to see your ongoing game. Also, GOG does not limit the number of computers you can install your games onto. The game is yours, not a license like on other sellers.

Also, the install file should be easily found. You can at least with the backup file move it from computer to computer and then install it from it, you don't need to be hooked up to the internet for that part of it.

So you mean that I can copy P:K files to another pc and import its registry (that I exported from HKEY_CU) and it will work?
I'd hate to redownload the offline installer and wait for it to install again. so the copy method would be much better.
