Did you already turned off Ubersampling at the game option?

The 3DVision problem affected only nVidia GPUs. Not AMD/ATI. There's no option to turn off.

The 5570's somewhat below the minimum requirement for the game. You might get satisfactory performance at low settings. That's about it.
I used "Can you run it.com" and it said i would be able to run on max. i use the auto detect and it puts my system on max, i turn off ubersample and everything else and it still gives me shit fps

"Can you run it" is bullshit. The autodetect often gets it wrong too. You cannot run this game on max with that card. Try medium, and if you're not happy with the frame rate, try low.

I hate those "can you run it" sites.

They're about as useful as the Windows Experience Index, which is useless.

To the OP, play around with the settings and resolution, and try The Witcher 2 Tweaker at the Witcher Nexus.
I got a 5770 (on a i5 2500k @4,2ghz, 8gb RAM and tw2 (steam version) is on an Intel ssd) that is very similar and i play it with everything on max (ubersampling is on) and it runs smooth as michael jackson (lol).
But i will get soon an nvidia and a new screen since I wanna try the witcher in 3D.

A 5770 is not "very similar" to a 5570, it's far more powerful.

A 5770 is about the first decent gaming card in the 5 series, anything below it isn't a good for gaming.
just update the driver, probably will increase performance ;-)

Witcher 2 is an EXTREMELY demanding game. If you want to run it with the settings maxed, you're going to need a powerful (and recent) computer, and a high-end graphics card. That said, the game still looks great even on medium-low settings, so you aren't really missing out on too much.
Try playing the game in Window mode with a smaller resolution but increase most of the details in the options...

It might be a bit odd at first, but if you get hooked to it..you'll definitely like it.

Currently I just completed old games from past week in a small tiny window box from my Quest for Glory Anthology series in DoxBox (QFG1 VGA, QFG3 and currently playing QFG4 with voices..hehe) and the Quest for Glory 2 Remake ->
http://www.agdinteractive.com/games/qfg2/homepage/homepage.html <-.
(all of them currently with rgb3x screen output scaler, default resolutions of the game is 320x200..3x scaler can only increase them to 3 times the resolution without glitches and I currently own a 1920x1080 display)
