I just got into act 3, and I find myself in need of some mutagens. Are there any monster spawn points in Loc Muine, or anywhere where I might be able to farm some?

If you go toward the main area (marketplace, I believe), you'll encounter a group of 4-5 harpies that you should be able to use.
