I never got the quest gold rush and now I'm on the quest making allies but I've never met the elf or anything so i cant move forward.. people said you get the quest after the party and you leave the inn but i never got anything.

I did the quest , A Posh Reception but never got Echoes of Yesterday and Six Feet Under. nor do i know how to get them

I just told you, see the trigger conditions. This quest will not fire (the boy won't appear) unless certain conditions are met.
