I'm supposed to give Salamander pins to Declan Leuvaarden but I can't find him at the inn. Where can I find him?

At the Dike. Most of the time he is near the lake's shore. Looks like a typical fat merchant.

There is no limit whatsoever.

The point of the forum is to ask question or discuss games. Ask your questions and, hopefully, at some point you will know about those games enough to help others.

Hmm, seems to me that the person who knows my posting habit is the one doing the "stalking". I came to this forum on recommendation of it being friendly. I hope this accusation isn't representative. Maybe I'll stick around for a while in lurk mode to get a better feel for the place.

It is a friendly place in general. I only hang out in the subforums of the games that I play (mostly older games), but I find that they have rather friendly atmosphere and people typically acting in a mature way. Probably, because a lot of us are a bit older and played many of the "good old games" when they actually came up.

So don't get discouraged. As I wrote earlier, ask your questions, learn the games, and then give back to the small community here at the forums when you can.

I meet Leuvaarden at the posh party, but he doesn't realize I have all the papers. I think. I've destroyed the three or 4 Salamander camps and should have the stuff for Leuvaarden. But no . . . What is up?

Geralt's journal will help you to find it out (Ingame: Press "J" -> Quests). Use the filters for "Main" and "chapter". Now you should know what Geralt should do next.

If it doesn't help then upload your actual save and post the link.
