The Hairy Bear. As soon as you enter it. Look at the wall directly in front of you. If you are still having issues seeing it. Use a cat potion.

I also thought it might be a heart to the right of the name at some point but I am not at all sure what word is underneath. It doesn't seem English unless I am very much misreading the words. I attempted a few different combinations in Google with no luck.

Edit - BTW, thanks for responding! I posted this on the official Witcher forums and it has been about a week and I got no responses. I guess nobody surfs those part of the forums anymore because of the TW2 release and what not. So thanks again!

Out of curiosity I opened the relevant texture file.
That sentence is in Polish and can be loosely translated to 'Geralt is a fag / pansy' ;)
