Hello to all.
I wrote to GOG so that they publish this solution in GOG.COM SUPPORT CENTER, but they me advised better to publish it here. In addition, I found a solution to this problem in only 1 topic started 8 years ago and the mark “Solved” indicates an incorrect comment.

I had a problem launching the Witcher 1 game on a laptop. The problem was that the game did not start with the message: “Warning! Minimum system requirements not met!”. I have a powerful computer, so at first I did not understand what the matter was. I used the instructions at Gog.Com Support Center -> Technical problems with the game.
But, the fact is that when using -dontForceMinReqs and a mod for low-quality textures from Nexus Mods, problems remain. Firstly, some textures remain very low, and secondly, anti-aliasing not available in the game.

I to enter the BIOS and set 128 megabytes of video memory for Intel integrated graphics and the game started. If I understood correctly, in those computers where 2 video cards are installed - integrated and dedicated, the game checks compliance with the minimum system requirements by the integrated video card, despite the command to force the use of dedicated.
I have write this manual on the example of my PC, maybe it will help you.

WARNING! MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS NOT MET! (SOLUTION).
If you have 2 video cards in your computer - integrated and dedicated (for example, a laptop with Nvidia Optimus technology), then whether your computer meets the minimum system requirements for the game will be determined by the characteristics of the integrated video card. It is necessary to set the reserved video memory value for the integrated video card 128 MB and higher!
Instructions for laptops ASUS:
1. Go into the BIOS of your computer;
2. Go to the Advanced -> Graphics Configuration;
3. In DVMT Pre-Allocated, set the value to 128M or higher.
Note:
In other BIOS, this option may be called differently. For example - Share Memory Size, UMA Frame Buffer Size, VGA Share Memory Size, On-Chip Video Window Size, Internal Graphics Mode Select.
Important!
1. According to the minimum system requirements, a game requires 128 MB of video memory. This determines whether anti-aliasing is available in the game. For example, so that the 2x level smoothing setting is available in the menu, you need to set the video memory level to 512M, for 4x more than 512M.
2. Since the integrated video card does not have its own video memory, but consumes RAM resources, the available volume will decrease depending on how much you reserve for the integrated graphics.

P. S.: Sorry for my English. I hope everything is understandably.
