There are two fixes for this. The first is to run it with the -dontforceminreqs tag, but this will limit the game's graphics . A better solution is listed here:

https://www.gog.com/forum/the_witcher/fix_minimum_requirements_not_met_on_win7_x64/post1

Try that and see if it works.

If you want to try the first solution instead, check the "Fixes to Common Problems" sticky thread for details.

To resolve launcher problem go here :

This works for me. Thank you again Waltorious to give me the way.

This video resolve the launcher problem but the game stay blocked with low textures and anti-alliasing off.
To resolve that :
1. dowload this mods here
http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher/mods/649/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fwitcher%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D649&pUp=1

2. Unzip files TexSettings.2da
3. Create a new files called "Override" here : C:\ [you're installation directory]\ The witcher\ Data
Example C:\ GOG Games\ The Witcher\ Data
4. Paste TexSettings.2da here : C:\ [you're installation directory]\ The witcher\ Data\ Override
Example C:\ GOG Games\ The Witcher\ Data\ Override
5. Launch Witcher

That's fix #1, which will unfortunately force you to use low graphics settings. If you think you can run the game with higher graphics settings, you should look at the post I linked earlier. It offers an alternative solution using regedit that will still allow you to select better graphics.

Is there any other work around that anyone knows of? Neither of these seem to work with windows 10.

Edit: I found this site and thought others might find it helpful.http://lc-games.com/the-witcher-minimum-system-requirements-not-met-workaround
