Hello,

I make my computer few month ago.

It's a i7 3770k CPU @ 3,5 GhZ,
I use 16 Gb for RAM
And I have a GTX 670.

I search a lot of solution on the web but i Don't found anything. It's always about "laptop" and switching betwin the CPU/GPU and the real GPU.

Today, I can force the minimum request but my resolution is stuck and my textur model is very bad.

I use the tip on another topic with the Nvidia Control panel, it's the same result.

So, I'm stuck... Someone can help me ?
The game work fine with my last computer (Core 2 Duo E8400 with 8 Gb of RAM and GTX 260)
What motherboard are you using ? You may have some software from the motherboard manufacturer that will allow you to change from integrated to the discrete card . Virtu is one possibility .
I use a Asus P8Z77-VPRO.

I check if i found something about this.
Well.

I try to enable the iGPU, nothing change, Virtu don't want to be on my computer.
I try to force the PCI-E on Primary GPU, nothing change...

I don't know what to do...
Are all drivers and software up to date ?

error on startup here also

–dontForceMinReqs

is a good workaround but I cannot turn ON antialiasing and cahange texture quality from LOW (f*ck)

as changing settings in regedit does't work

I believe that The Witcher does not play well with SLI / Crossfire. Try disabling crossfire when running the game, a single 6850 should be more than enough to run it.
Elurztack, if you no found and workaround already, you can go to control panel, device management, found here the integrated GPU, right click then, and select "disable".
Hi Eluurztac, I had the same problem as you because I have the same motherboard (the build-in Lucid Virtu device is the problem). I solved it with the fix in this thread:
