I click in "play now", but the game does not star. I also would like to know how to save the game in my pc, becouse the "saves" folder is empty and I like to play TW2 continuing with the decisions I made.

Without any information about your system, it's impossible to help you.

Anyway I suggest you to run the game outside GOG Galaxy to see if any error messages occur.
