My fifth time playing Witcher Enhanced Edition, 3 times from GOG on this same system, hardware, etc...
Encountered new problem(s):
1. At Kaer Morhen and again at the Inn in the Outskirts, I leave the building and upon trying to re-enter the doors open but nothing changes, still have full control of character but no attempt to go inside. Doors eventually re-close and game continues...
2. The local map doesn't display for the Outskirts and when hitting the map button a "No map for this area" message displays. Nothing has been deleted, modded or changed so this is a confusing one... the small cave near the village shows the map fine, but not outside.
Tried: reloading earlier saves, running as administrator, confirming control/ownership, adjusting graphic settings up and down. etc.
My internet has been sluggish lately and I'd rather avoid re-downloading the game until I finish yelling at AT&T about it lol... anyone heard of these issues and know a fix other than reinstalling?
FYI: I did not post the particulars of my PC since, as stated, it has worked fine multiple times before with no changes...
