Running WIndows 10 with a FX 8350 and a RX 480 8 GB of VRAM and 32 GB of RAM.
I'd like to see the opening cinematics before starting the story, so would be nice to find a way to fix the stutters I'm currently experiencing.
The sticky with the common fixes mentions a file that should be replaced, but when I follow the link there...

Do anyone have any suggestions that might work on my system?
PS. I don't think it's my CPU, not a single one of my cores is experiencing anywhere close to 100% utilization...
I did try to turn on and off depth of field.
No luck so far.
So yeah, I'm open to suggestions. =)

If you mean the binkw32.dll, then I think I had that problem and here is the file.
Back up your current one first.
It's in the ...\The Witcher Enhanced Edition Director's Cut\System folder.
