That's odd, since I'm running a 32-bit version of Windows (Vista) as well, and the game runs fine on my system... plus, I could always uninstall it without problems. Have you tried running the game and/or the uninstaller as administrator? And, by the way, if you're on Vista, 7 or 8, did you install the game to the 'Program Files' folder? Because that is known to cause some problems. I would recommend you to install it somewhere like 'C:\GOG Games', or any location other than the dreaded Program Files folder.
