I have a GOG, Steam versions of first Witcher and also the first czech DVD release of The Witcher 1 from 2007 with an original game key for registration of course. For unknown reason bonus adventures in digital distributions of Witcher 1 EE arent localized. But there is an official patch from czech CDprojekt called twee15adv_cz.exe which I always used to localise these bonus scenarios from DVD, it worked only with czech DVD version 1.5.
Sadly, an official CD projekt / Comgad support ended in my country years ago and registration service for game key just doesnt work anymore, so I still can download upgrade and localization patches, but its completely useless cause EE upgrade patch keep requires the registred copy of game. I did some registration in 2007, but its gone in 2025 and web for registrations doesnt work now.
Am i screwed if i want same completely localized game again for my original disc or there is a way? Is there some alternative way to patch Witcher 1 to 1.5?
