What do you mean, download it "properly"? Does that mean that you tried to download it, and the DL failed? Or are you talking about downloading the standalone installers? And if you have already tried to download it, which method did you use (Galaxy / browser / downloader)? A little more info, please.

Never mind, I got it. I had to download all the parts for the installer to work. Thanks for trying to help . The Witcher is awesome btw nearing the end so I just bought the second one.
