Any transparent textures, like the bits of hay that litter the floors of a lot of houses, get these weird black outlines whenever I look at them at certain angles. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried mucking with the anti-aliasing, aniosotropic filtering, I don't know what could be causing it. You can see it on the pelts in the image.

I think you might be on the right track. Disable all picture enhancements like anisotropic filtering or AA in the your graphic card's control center and also in in-game. If this specific graphical glitch is gone then, turn the options back on one after another and try to identify the troublemaker on your system.
