Hi two questions:

- Geralt in my game sometimes run slow, fast and even ultra fast (Not carrying sword, I know fast style makes Geralt move faster). Is getting really annoying. Someone knows how to fix it?
I'm not using mods.

- What "Decals Fade" do? I don't see any difference between low and high. Also I don't see any changes with small animals number between low and high.

Good information about the inconsistent walking speed on this Steam discussion thread here. I'm using the mod mentioned which modestly increases his speed, too, and I'd recommend it. It has a couple versions so you can increase it as little as fits your preference.

Yeah I saw that post when I was trying to fix it. Thats why I wrote here. I installed all the speed mods but is even worst. If I install for example a 10% speed increase mod is even worst! because the mod doesn't fix the bug so if you still have random speed you will turn into a F1 with ANY mod on.

For now the only fix I found is save and reload until I have normal speed again. But that is painful.
