Hi everyone, i gonna try explain the topic, i got my games installed in another partition like D: and my SO in C:, the witcher is installed in D: too, and after i formatted my c: partiton and now try to launch the game it dont open anymore.
Have some solution for it without reinstaling the game?

In Windows system partition contains registry which holds tons of system settings. I bet Witcher uses it as well, plus it places files also in system partition even if core files go to the other one. So the game won't work without reinstalling. I'd recommend reinstalling the game.

Yeah, you're going to have to reinstall the game. There were certainly some registry entries or other things that the Witcher made which were lost when you reinstalled your OS. Just reinstall the game and as long as you still have your saves, it should run fine.
