Hi guys

When I want to run the Game nothing happen. The Game doesn't start, and goes back to launcher!!
I use Win XP so Ican not run the Game in windowed mode

My PC specs are:

OS: Windows XP
Graphic Card: Radeon X1950 Pro (PCIe)
Memory: 4GB
Processor: AMD Phenom X4 9650 (4x2.3 GH)

You can try forcing windowed mode through a registry edit, see this post:
