It's not really a problem, just a minor irritation.

But when I move my mouse to pan the camera in OTS view (and it's more noticeable when i do this fast) my FPS drops from my VSync cap of 60 fps. When I stop moving the mouse it returns to 60 fps.

It doesn't dip below 50 fps. But it can be anywhere between 50-60 fps. It never drops below 60 fps during cutscenes or if I pan the camera slowly.

My system specs are:

Win 7 x64
CPU: i5-2320
RAM 12gb
GPU: EVGA GTX 670 FTW Sig 2
I also use an SSD.

I have adaptive VSync enabled in Nvidia Control Panel. I play at 1080p with everything maxed.

My GPU usage does fluctuate a lot in this game (20% upto 60%) but it is never on max boost (My max boost is 1296mhz) the witcher is usually clocking 800 mhz to 1000 mhz.

Nvidia drivers are 314.07 (issued in Feb 2013).

Anyone come across this / fixed it?

**I've seen a fix for this which is to set priority to "High" in task manager and Set Affinity to all cpus for the witcher exe. Will test it and see if that fixes it and report back.**
