Hello!

I'm having two issues with the game's floating text, which I've enabled in options.

First, even though I have floating text turned on, it doesn't appear when I mouse over things, for example, things in my inventory; I have to tap ALT to make the text appear. This isn't a big deal but it is annoying.

More frustratingly, since arriving in the Vizima outskirts, the floating text in the meditation menu doesn't appear, most notably in the talent menu; I can spend talent points to unlock talents but I can't see what any of the talents I'm spending points on do. This makes it very hard to level up. Holding or tapping either ALT button does not cause the text to appear. Weirdly, I WAS able to level up in Kaer Morhen during the prologue. It's only since I got to Vizima that suddenly I can't see the reminder text.

I've tried several things to fix this problem. I've rebooted the game, I've tried to repair the installation, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I've also tried toggling the floating text checkbox under options on and off. Nothing seems to be working. Is this a known issue of some kind?
