Is there a way to disable the night vision in FCR mod and make it work as vanilla?

FCR is showing that tunnel fish effect everywhere during night times (even when Geralt is inside a illuminated room) and it makes me dizzy. In vanilla, such effect only occurs when I drink the cat potion (and with the mod, the effect is even worse than in vanilla).

I select "remove tunnel fish effect" (or something like that) but it didn't work. I've already uninstalled/reinstalled the mod at no avail.

Besides, crypts are still too dark and I can't see inside because the cat potion no longer works

Thanks

If someone is facing the same problem I finally found a solution on another forum
Had the same issue! HATE that effect, t'was the only thing holding me back to play it!

So did some digging, and found the answer: Re-run the installer of the FCR & and at the installer select "Nightvision effect removed", or something that is similar to that - and select only that!

There is now a folder called System where you pointed the installer (create a random folder for it) & in it (just browse through the folder) will be a file called "player.lua", rename that file to "player.luc", and then copy paste it in the "The Witcher Enhanced Edition/System/Scripts"

The effect is now FINALLY gone, although it was a late response - hope you see this and give it another go!
Also, I had constant crashes (Win7 x64). Chapter I played fine and chapter II ALWAYS crashed at the inn (so all I had to do was avoid the inn). However, in chapter 3 game became unplayable, it crashed every 5 seconds (yes, I meant seconds, not minutes).

What I did was uninstall the game w/ Revo Uninstaller, run CCleaner, defrag C:, install the game directly at C:, in a folder with no spaces (C:/The_Witcher_EE). It stills crashes once and then, mostly at the inn, but now I'm able to play the game again (I've been able to play for a couple hours with no crashing)
