Hi all,

I am having issues with stuttering/frame rate dropping during the cut scenes. Gameplay is not too bad but i should be getting better performance considering the requirements to play the game. I have tried turning on/off v sync through the control panel, turning off depth of field, lowering the resolution and just messing with the settings both in game and through the Nvidia control panel. Any help is appreciated.

Nuwyn: turning off depth of field
Just to be sure, you have tried it both with Depth of Field on and with it off? Usually toggling this setting fixes this issue, for some having it on fixes it, for others having it off fixes it. For me turning it on fixed the problem.
I am experiencing the same issue of cut scenes that are choppy/stuttering. I have a decent laptop with similar specs (maybe slightly better in some areas) as the original poster. The only area where my computer is worse is the graphics card. I have an Intel HD 4400. But even so I thought my computer would be more than able to run a game as old as the original Witcher. I have most the in-game advanced settings on medium or low. Textures are forced on high (from a fix of the fix to the Min Sys Requirements bug/error). I've tried running the game in full screen and in window mode. I've also tried toggling depth of field on and off. None of that helps. Any other solution(s) to this issue?
