(I think) She was there at the start of the chapter, but I didn't remember to talk to her, only to the resolute girl.

Now the Naiad is nowhere to be seen (I wandered around, as far as the magic circle on one end, and the elves' cave on the other), and I think she's supposed to give some quest? How can I find her, does she only reappear at the specific time, or after some quests are done? (I got the Vodyanoi priest to return, but she's still not there)

Sometimes she is in the water and easy to miss, often just past that magic circle, as far as you can go.

I meant the first meeting with her, when you can get the quest.

Managed to figure it out, though, when seen for the first time, it seemed to be the nighttime, so I went there at night again, and there she was.
