On the map -espacially the small one in the upper right corner- you can see that there are spaces beyond walls, where you can't go. Sometimes you even have the red name of monsters displayed behind tumbled in corridors. Is there a way to access these spaces?

Pretty obvious suggestion, but just in case, first make sure that there aren't any "weak" walls that you can demolish with Aard.

If not: I don't remember if it's the case for that particular crypt, but during my playthrough I did find some monsters behind unpassable walls (red name being displayed) in some dungeons. It is considered a "minor bug" in The Witcher Wiki:
Several crypts throughout the game spawn monsters in inaccessible areas
