I want my version of Geralt to remain celibate. How do you complete this quest without screwing the blue eye vampire whore?
Not that I'm aware. Not like you need every chunk of xp to finish the game. I think I was 15 levels short of the max when I was done.

Still, hilarious to imagine a de-fanged Geralt. You mod in Paully Shore's voice too?

It was too late right at the very beginning of the game :-P
How do you find out who she is without screwing her then?

I do not believe you can advance the quest without doing so. Patrick will not believe that the blue-eyed lass is his sister unless you can tell him about the fang marks. You don't notice the fang marks until after you have sex with her.

Unfortunately for your celibate Geralt, the alternative is to discontinue the quest.
I don't think the quest in essential in order to advance in the game, so you could just skip it.
I admire the concept of a celibate Geralt. Not sure it's gonna work tho' :)
Yeah, he seems to want to fuck everything that moves. He's demented and horny. Great. That's what the wild hunt will do to a brain.

If it matters, I think this was handled better in the sequel. Geralt can still sleep around if the player wants him to, but it's a lot less overt and it's easier to play him in a more restrained manner.

You don't have to screw Triss.

Let's just say that it's easy to separate people who red the books from those who haven't ;-)

I haven't read the books, and even I was picking up on some pretty obvious clues that there was history with Triss. That said, am I the only one a little creeped out by how focused on having sex with everyone Geralt is? I'm not a prude when it comes to sex, but realizing that Geralt was ok with taking up the witch's offer to have sex with her as an incentive to not turn her over to the villagers... I don't know, that seemed a little rapey. This woman genuinely is afraid that she will die if the locals get her (which is a valid fear), and she is at a point where she is offering herself to Geralt in order to try to avoid dying; that's not exactly a scenario where someone can be said to have formed consent.

edit: sorry about necroing, didn't see the date until I posted.
