I tried the demo before buying this and all seemed fine, but when I play the full game the bear rug in the trailer at the start is missing its head and when you interact with it the animation doesn't play (sadwick disappears and reappears when its over). The same happens when I open the door to leave the trailer. I can still play the game and haven't noticed any other problems so far but is is disconcerting to run into something like that so early. For info I am running Windows 7 with an ATI Card

Having the same issue, but I also have a problem with some items missing their visuals in the inventory. Win 7 and ATI Card.

I contacted support for the same problem.
Here is their answer, it worked for me.

Please go to Control Panel, select View by: Large icons, choose Region and Language. Go to Administrative tab, click Change system locale... select English (United States) and restart the computer.

It works, thank you. The fix is a really shady ghetto style one :)

The solution doesn't work for me =( The game crashes at start after I changed language region... Any ideas? With these broken animations game is unplayable.
