Changelog for patch 1.05c (added 24 May 2016):

Technical fixes

- Support for retina! (finally - let us know if it works for you!)
- Support for 32bit linux (was only 64bit before)
- Retroactivation of achievements on continuing game (only progress-related ones)
- Enabled software rendering in hope of making the game work with older graphics cards
- Updated all of the used libraries to the most recent versions (hopefully should make the game more stable and bug-free)

Gameplay fixes

- While aiming, shield now shows a "ghost" of predicted laser trajectory (no more guess work! Makes the "Abyss" puzzle much more enjoyable :))
- Fixed the bug that sometimes made enemy lasers go through the shield (at least we hope we fixed this... This one was hard to track down so anyone who had issues with this, please let us know if the problem is fixed for you)
- Blocked the possibility to change sphere mode while using the sphere (this was leading to some minor visual bugs)

Level fixes

- Spaceship hangar - Fixed situation where you could respawn into an infinite death loop near the crane controls
- Jungle - Fixed rare bug with Tincan roaring at plant while it eats you (stuck and had to restart)
- Temple of life - Adjusted the ladders so they're less misleading and expanded one platform for even less frustrating escape from the spider :)
- Mind travel temple - Fixed bug that made you stuck in infinite fall-to-death loop with no elevator underneath you
- Mind travel temple - Made the falling platforms puzzle much more obvious (added lights and sounds)
- Translation room - Fixed major bug which made you skip the mind temple levels and brought you straight to desert level
- Desert with robots - Fixed bug with savepoints (they were triggering only once - that's why all of you poor, tormented souls had to backtrack the whole level upon death. So sorry for that!)
- Desert with robots - Added additional savepoints on each side of the sandhole ladder
- Desert with robots - Reversed the triangle symbols in the water panel puzzle (as originally intended)
- Desert with robots - Fixed destroyed robot bodies position after respawn
- West generator (sandworm) - Added savepoint right after the spike slide :)
- South generator (filters) - Fixed light position after respawn, making sure that you can backtrack through the darkness
- South generator (filters) - Fixed "liquid life" achievement not triggering after turning on the water
- Computer world - Made the boss fight much easier! Sorry for making it so hard in the first place (not intended!)

List of known issues

- Non-Xbox gamepad controller support is still poor (although, please check that if you can - controller libraries were updated)
- Still some trouble with triggers

Changelog for patch 1.06 (added 08 June 2016):

- Big update. This should wrap things up nicely.
- We're done with balancing the difficulty of puzzles and placement of savepoints. Some things changed based on your feedback, some stayed as-is because we decided that's how we want the game to be.
- Most/All of the reported bugs should be fixed now but feel free to open up tickets on https://puzzlingdream.freshdesk.com in case of any problems.

Full list of changes:

Technical fixes

- Fixed crash on continue when you were using a gamepad
- Fixed triggers and bugs for xbox one gamepads
- You can now tell the game what refresh rate you want to use by editing the settings.pref file found in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\The Way
- example modified line below:
- This is for people who still have problems with displaying the game in fullscreen mode - please try setting refresh rate so it reflects the one of your monitor. If you don't have any problems just ignore this change - the game chooses highest refresh rate by default.
- Moved from snapshot version of the LibGdx library to the latest stable one
- Specified min and max java heap size in case some software messed up those settings in user system variables

Translation fixes

- Spanish - Fixed missing string on finishing journal entry
- French - Fixed a lot of stuff
- Russian - Swapped translation with the one provided by Sarcastic Cat and added him in credits (Thank You!)
- German - Swapped translation with the one provided by sturmkoenig2k and added him in credits (Thank You!)
- All languages - Fixed placement of line breaks

Gameplay fixes

- Added mouse support for puzzles where you can select elements
- 2x slower telekinesis energy loss
- No energy loss for shield when reflecting continuous lasers (during puzzles and elevator rides)
- Teleport marker now appears correctly on moving platforms
- You can no longer enter ladders while using special powers (caused minor bugs)
- When using gamepad Tom now shoots in the last known aim direction when you try to shoot without aiming (instead of shooting at fixed point on map determined during last shot)

Level fixes

- Jungle - Added platforms for Tincan to jump on instead of stairs
- Jungle - Better rock gfx in some places :)
- Jungle - Removed bird that was stuck motionlesly in the sky after watching the retrospection
- Jungle before the Alien Village - birds no longer disappear, instead they fly off into distance
- Jungle before the Alien Village - added savepoint between bridge and puffing water plants
- Jungle before the Alien Village - fixed missing collider for one ledge (was a small hole you could fall into)
- Temple of Life - better gfx for the spider creature
- Temple of Life - fixed water gfx in one of the spike holes
- Temple of Life - Moved the switch that lowers the platform after the spider monster chase so it can be activated only after you kill the monster (many people missed the fact that they can kill it - now it should be obvious)
- Mind Barrier Temple - Made the "Abyss" puzzle easier and more obvious - now needs only 4 patterns solved instead of 6. This prevents the puzzle from getting boring in the end but keeps it challenging
- Mind Travel Temple - Fixed the bug where the big green monster could kill you while you were teleporting
- Desert - Added elevator after fixing the water panel that lets you get back down to the pipe circles puzzle quickly (to minimize backtracking). Also, now we're showing the telekinesis circles being unlocked after fixing the water so it's clear that you should go there.
- Desert - Fixed bug where you could bypass blue robot shield by hitting the top of his head
- Desert - Fixed bug where the game would freeze after placing explosives
- West generator (sandworm) - Fixed retrospection being cropped wrong for some resolutions
- West generator (sandworm) - Less spikes in the spikes slide
- West generator (sandworm) - Less spikes during descent after the spikes slide
- Desert Village - Fixed missing sound of the elevator
- South generator (filters) - Fixed bug where you could get stuck with no elevator, making the game unwinnable
- Hidden city - Fixed situation where you could get stuck without getting an alien gun, making the game unwinnable

List of known issues

- While we hope that gamepads should work fine now, there still may be some issues with pads other than xbox 360 and xbox one. If you have problems using some other gamepad - please try to rebind everything to make sure all the keybinds are correct.
- For some users with multiple screens all the screens get interpreted as single screen - seems to be external library problem or user driver/configuration problem - only solution is to go into windowed mode by editing settings.pref
