anyone else have issues with the graphics display soming in and out with tons of artifact? I play on a PC and artifact makes the game unplayable :(. Any solutions out there?

A little more information wouldn't hurt. From what you've given: are your drivers up to date? Reinstall your graphics drivers just in case. Do you still get artifacts? Is your card maybe overheating?
