is it not possibke with current version of the game there is no manual way to do it like before ?
Well. "A new Frontier" looks for saves in

..\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead Season Two

(i.e. NOT in "The Walking Dead Season 2")
I can't post links, but if you go to Telltale's website and then add /wd2save/ to the end of the URL, there are instructions.

If you already went with Recreate, those will surely be the choices used (for the selected save slot).
ok think am using my proper files now seriously though gog needs to change how they handle teltale saves

OK, my save folder name is here:

\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead Season Two

'Season Two', not 'Season 2', as it should be.

Still, no luck. What am I doing wrong? When I click 'Continue Story', I can only recreate, game doesn't seem to locate the save files.

Is there something wrong with my save files or save folder? What should be in there? I thought I had everything, never touched this folder.
When I chose my save and then clicked Episode, it showed "continue your story" and when I chose that it shows "import save 1"

On my first attempt I clicked stuff like recreate. Then I deleted the "The Walking Dead A New Frontier" folder next to the old save game folders, this should let you start fresh.
The process does not shut down cleanly though, open task manager and end "WalkingDead3_win7.exe" then you can delete it.

p.s. maybe it helps to reinstall Season 2 and check if the saves are OK?

Thanks so much for the answer, I'll check this as soon as I get home.

By the way, what exactly do you mean by 'When I chose my save and then clicked Episode'? Do I have to choose a save file somewhere even before clicking 'Episodes'?

For the screenshots I chose save2 before clicking episode, save1 was already started. I think if you don't choose any it defaults to save1.

Still no luck... I've tried everything, maybe something's wrong with the Season 2 save files?

I've attached a screenshot of my files, perhaps something's missing?
