Hello,

I am on chapter “an eye for an eye...” in The Suffering.

I got to the part where I go back to the first level of the game. I speak to the family members, then a letter appears from one of Killjoy's projectors. Problem is, I cannot pick it up.

At first, I thought it was a puzzle I had to solve, but after several minutes I checked a walkthrough, and you are just supposed to pick it up.

I reloaded my save many times. Even restarted the chapter, rebooted the game/my PC, no luck… (got also the unofficial patch installed)

Any ideas?

EDIT - Managed to bypass this by downloading a save file from the internet (which doesn't follow my in-game choices but I'll take what I can get). Somehow it worked. Finished the game. It's weird that this was the only issue...
