Okay so this is based on a fuzzy memory that may be something completely off I can't confirm but I recall vaguely the first suffering game had a Good Karma insanity mode. I know for a fact the second game has one but I can't for the life of me remember of you could do the same in the first game or if I'm thinking of a differently altogether entirely.

Instead of turning into the monster Torque instead remains human but time around him slows down and he can wail on them with impunity. Sounds like something out of Max Payne, which I'm sure someone would make a comparison with so I'll get that out of the way.

A simple yes or no would help. Did Torque have a good karma super mode in the Suffering prison is hell or am I just suffering from the Mandela effect?

That was never a thing in the original game. The sequel is the only one that changes the creature form, I think you may be mixing this up with some other game.
