Nothing I could try was allowing me to play TTB properly. The AIO Patch, the configuring of affinity, changes to the .ini and alterations to anything I could try did not permit my mouse to move normally.

However, I just discovered that this is only when I try to play Fullscreen.

When I ran the TTB launcher, and entered the setup, I switched it so that it would play in a Window.

And guess what?

Mouse works like it damned should.

But since I hate having static pieces/parts on my screen, I browsed for a program that Could make it Borderless and one that could fill the window to the screen, mimicking true full screen.

After a minor venture, I discovered an App called Windowedborderlessgaming and Fullscreenizer. on the PCgamingwiki. (You may not need both, but I wanted to make sure it was a borderless Window, so I used the Borderless program before Fullscreenizer.)

And now, while I can't speak for bugs and crashes, I can at least play properly

And if you try similar, I hope it works for you too
I can confirm that The Suffering still doesn't recognize my mouse, however Ties That Bind does.
While windowed fixes this mouse issue i am getting a super distracting flicker every 6 seconds and the game crashes if alt tabbed. Any way to fix this?
