I read that owners of TSC get the remastered version for free. However, I have only the original version in my GOG account. My Gamesplanet account shows that my GOG key should be TSC Remastered Deluxe. I have reached out to GOG support and have not received a reply.

I have the remastered version in my library, give them a little time.

They still have not responded to me. I have also tried logging out and back into GOG Galaxy and the website, and I even sent a message on their facebook page.
