Just like the title say, i am unable to launch the game due to the error above, i have never seen anything so stupid in my life, how to disable this crap?

Found solutions myself, if you have disabled the game/windows functionality due to problems with older games, like Jade Empire, this game doesn't start as it's incapable of locating parental control restrictions settings, for some reason whoever developed this game, differently for nearly everyone else, decided that no restrictions means full restrictions
I am talking about this 2 dll:
\windows\system32\gameux.dll
\windows\SysWOW64\gameux.dll
If removed just reinstall them back

Since re-enabling the dll breaks other games I decided to create a patch to disable the feature from the executable so I can play without enabling the dll.
