Is the gog version includes expansion packs called as Complete rather than the Gold edition (includes Expansion Disc) ?

The Settlers: Heritage of Kings (Complete)
includes the main game and two add-ons: The Settlers: Heritage of Kings - Expansion Disc and The Settlers: Heritage of Kings - Legends Expansion Disc.

No, unfortunately it only includes the base game.
