Hello. I have problem with my Settlers IV. It runs in like 4-10 fps so its very bad. I have 2 monitors so it might be a problem. Tried configs and stuff but it didnt help. Any solutions?

Yeah, it kinda runs like crap on modern systems. There is two things you can do about that, though.
The first option would be to set the rendering options ingame to software. That makes the game look a little worse, but it increases framerate. The second option I stumbled upon is to download a wrapper called DXGL and set it up to work with the game. That increases framerate substantially and makes the damn thing actually playable without getting a headache. Downside is that you still need to set one of the renderer-thingies to software - I can't remember which one it was - because it would be unplayable otherwise.
You will then occasionally have to ALT-TAB out of the game to get rid of a weird graphical glitch, but besides that it should run just fine :)
