** Hello and best wishes. I tried using an emoji, my entire message got eaten. Well, whoops, here's what I meant to say:

I use a trackpad rather than a mouse with a scrollwheel and in the Options I don't believe there's any way to remap keys. I went spelunking through the game's file directories to do a manual change and nothing turned up there, either; does anyone have any pointers? They would be much appreciated!

Hello,

The keys are hardcoded. What you need to do is find a software which remaps keys. Some peripheral manufacturer software kits offer that already (i.e. Logitech SetPoint drivers), other than that you may have any luck looking for something that helps remapping gamepads to make them usable for games that do not offer gamepad-support natively.

That said most trackpad drivers come with support for gestures to emulate the mousewheel. Scrolling can be done with the keyboard as well in S4, and I am relatively certain you can zoom in and out using the keyboard as well.

Chances are your trackpad has mousewheel gesture support and has already enabled it:

-Do a peace sign with two fingers and move up or down with the fingertips of those two fingers on the trackpad
-Some lenovo trackpads have a designated mousewheel field on the very right border of the trackpad
-Quick doubletap and then following through either up or down
