Anyone else having trouble advancing in the campaign mode?

I am on the third mission and I reached the portal. This is the mission where you first get to create harbors. Anyway, after reaching the portal, I go back to the campaign map screen and it shows me only on the second island for some reason. Is there something more to passing the campaigns than just reaching the portal? I notice the symbol on it is silver while the first island is gold.

Well, I just decided to use a lil' cheat. Just hit enter and type "INeedSomeHelp" and enter again to finish the mission.

Now the game is showing the proper campaign mission I am on. Guess it's some kind of bug.

I haven't any problems with it. But my advice is to just make sure you see the "mission accomplished" box before exiting. Sometimes it doesn't come up immediately when you get to the portal. And sometimes although it might look like the portal is mostly inside your borders, you actually need to get a bit closer to win.
