unable to change game resolution.

I have win 10 updated. İ just installed s3 history edition. İ researched the game it supports up to 4k. But there is no config in or out of the game about that resolution change.
Game is running but not fullscreen. When i press the f1 f2 or f3 button its changing to the window mode but still not full screen cuz i cant click the bottom of the game e.g. quit or save game.
İf i do the windows dpi compatibilitu config, i can usenit full screen but this time in game menus like clickable all content shrinkink including, texts.

the game always runs at your desktop resolution
there should be an option in uplay to change some settings for the game, maybe there is something related to window mode there

Here on GOG you can't find the History Editions of Settlers. Only originals before the major "updates".
