I have recently tried to run the game but it doesn't start, not even a window opens. I tried opening it from the folder (S3.exe) but it says I don't have _INMM.ddl.
Reinstalling it doesn't help.
I have windows 11.
How do I get this ddl?


Moja kopia settlers 3 się nie otwiera, nawet nic nie wyskakuje. Próbowałam otworzyć z foldera le pisze że nie mam obiektu _INMM.ddl.

I have exactly the same issue, including the _INMM.dll. This dll file is defintely not missing on my PC, as Direct X (where it is located) is fine.

The GOG helpdesk has not been helpful.

I would try looking for an updated S3.exe-file in internet. Most Settlers 3 starting issues can be solved with replacing the installed S3.exe with a new S3.exe from a Settlers3 Platinum Edition version.
You will able to find this updated S3.exe with a search engine like DuckDuckGo.

Download and install the game through the website instead of galaxy to get the _inmm.dll
