Hi everyone,

Is there a way to disable the view angle reset snap?

What I mean is, when you look around with the right mouse button, it always snaps back to its quirky three-quarter birds-eyes view. So, is there a way to disable that snap. Or - even better - be able to scroll around the map with the right mouse button like you could do in S2 rather than use the mouse-wheel?

I have searched online and through the manual, but no joy.

Many thanks in advance.

You use the right button to abort and close things. Middle mouse button is for moving the camera, like in many modern strategy games. You cannot change it.
S2 10th Anniversary has also new Keyboard Shortcuts: M for Map, L for Logistics (Military, Tools, etc.), I for Inventory. "." and "," for switching between military buildings and Storehouses. Shift + . or Shift + , is for switching back.

Alternatively you can use Arrow keys for moving the camera.

WIth the cheat "FreedomOfMovement" you can lock your camera at any angle you want. But it is not suitable for playing, because you can only move forward and backwards. At some distance you only see fog.
