Hi everyone

Trying to run S2 on a laptop running windows 7 starter. Game runs to the main menu, but ends itself as soon as you select play in any of the available options (campaign, unlimited play etc). OS and drivers are all up to date.

Any ideas how to solve this? Getting very frustrated!

I have exactly the same problem, I'm running 7 starter in a Toshiba NB550D netbook on which every single other gog.com game works!

Try installing the game in a folder different from C:\programs files.
That can solve a lot of problems in Vista or Win7
Running as administrator and disabling UAC also solve many issues on Vista/Win7

My original disk works fine on my Win7 Home premium desktop

I have the same problem and don't know how to work it out.
I use Windows 7 starter on my netbook HP-mini 110.

Can anyone solve the problem?
