I got the last 3 options what they do.
Those I do not understand are the first 4 options.

Can anyone explain them to me ?

When you put the cursor over those options a description should pop up on the menu below it. I will save you the time. :D

1st: Percentage of people drafted into the army (depending on needs).
2nd: Number of Defenders per building.
3rd: Quality/Power of defenders.
4th: Number of attackers used when, of all things, attacking. :P
